Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state. Presently we do not ship internationally (Including Canada). All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered during the checkout process.

We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Delivery (where available). We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses. In order to ensure the best possible service all orders will be charged a $5.00 one time handling fee to cover the processing of the order. This fee will be added to selected shipping option's price.

Orders placed before 1p.m. (EST) will be shipped the same day. If you place your order after 1p.m. (EST), it will be shipped the next day.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (items should be packed in original packaging as delivered). You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item(s).

To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our Contact Information page and explain the matters of your situation as well as give us the tracking information on a returned package(s).

If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.

OUT-OF STOCK ITEMS

Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs.

If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay.

If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept PayPal® and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. Most orders will be approved instantly; however, it may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. We will confirm the availability of your order the same day if it is placed before 1p.m. (EST) and the next business day if placed after 1p.m.(EST). All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution. You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.

WHOLESALE/RESELLER CUSTOMERS

While we offer competitive wholesale/direct pricing to all of our customers we also offer the option of Wholesale or Reseller status to you. Please provide the appropriate information to our customer support members via our Contact Information page and we will be happy to modify your account accordingly. Completion of this status upgrade will allow tax free sales within our Tax Nexus States (CA, MA, NJ, NY, and TX). At present this service is not available via the automated registration process.

PREPAYMENT POLICY

All orders must be prepaid. Credit Cards can only be used in the USA.

There will be no additional surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.
